No Longer Eligible

There are some players floating around the D-League that have just wrapped up their second year of service in the NBA and are no longer eligible to be stashed on a D-League Roster. These players can be retained by their owner if they want to include them with the list of players that count against their off season salary cap figure. If the owner doesn't want to include the player as a part of his off season keeper list, then the player must be released and made eligible for the 2009-10 NBA fantasy draft. This decision must be made by October 1st, 2009.

***Players on D-League Rosters that were NBA rookies heading into the season and have now gained 1 year of experience, are allowed to be carried over this off season (if they weren't elevated during the year) on a D-League Roster without it counting against your off season salary cap.
